I am a fun-loving, easy-going, entrepreneur that has developed a passion for natural health and wellness and inspiring others to empower themselves to live life to its fullest! I also really enjoy travel, live music, dancing, yoga, spiritual practices and spending time with friends and family.

My quest for alternative medicines and a holistic lifestyle started years ago but I have recently found the ideal products, people and resources to be able to easily and positively help and impact others on their journey.

For years I had been struggling with some chronic lower back pain as well as very low energy levels. Some days the pain was so excruciating I couldn’t exercise or even sit comfortably. Being more of an alternative health fan, I was seeking holistic solutions and spending so much on practitioners like massage, chiropractic and acupuncture and not finding any real long term relief. I felt like I was going to have to live with this pain forever.
That’s when a good friend of mine mentioned a few products that could possibly help. I didn’t know much about it or how it could help me, yet I trusted my friends recommendations so I decided to give them a try. I felt mind-blowing pain relief immediately and after a few months I noticed my overall energy had increased dramatically, and a side bonus was I was also able to find emotional relief for the grief that I experienced after my husband passed away a few years before. Now I really can’t imagine my life without them! I’ve made it my mission to help a whole lot of people break free and empower themselves with the knowledge and resources that had taken me so long to find out.
